We hold ourselves to the highest product and printing standards in the industry. We print all of our custom apparel using top of the line apparel and embroidery equipment. We carefully choose the products we offer to our customers, thus eliminating the guesswork on your end. We make sure that every single one of our products fits well and feels comfortable.
Aurora takes great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Aurora does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. To return a Aurora product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Once you have received your RMA number, please write it on a conspicuous place on the outside of the return package.
What can be returned: Returns will only be accepted if a product is faulty or shipped incorrectly. In the event of a return, the customer must notify us within 30 days of being purchased and must not yet have washed the product. We are not responsible for any misspelling or product-size ordering errors made by our customers.
Returns for refund: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges on returned products will be reimbursed.
